Dating back to 1853, the house was completely renovated in 2023. The south-facing building consists of two floors. The upper floor features one bathroom and two bedrooms with a terrace in front of one bedroom which offers stunning views reaching as far as Pag Island. On the lower floor there are a kitchen, a living room, and a second bathroom. Surrounded by approximately 250 square meters of land, the house lies in a quiet and leafy part of Orlec, where nature still has the main say.
